Refund policy

Returns

Highsman only offers refunds for damaged, defective, or mislabeled products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return for a damaged, defective, or mislabeled product, contact support@highsman.shop. Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos of the issue. Highsman will issue a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to Highsman without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@highsman.shop.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address - If the provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, Highsman does not offer exchanges. Wrongly ordered products won’t be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Highsman does not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get contact support@highsman.shop if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
